Repetitive Strain

Hi, does anyone else suffer from "Repetitive Strain injury"?
My wrists are reeeeeallly bad right now.. i've suffered with this for quite a long time, years. And sometimes I can just get a sudden episode of terrible pain in my wrists, even when I'm not using it. When I work, I have horrible cramps in my wrists. I've been painting on adobe today and i just had to have a rest cause the pain was a little too much. I constantly worry that one day my wrists might become useless... I study art... my wrists and hands are my livelihood.... if they suddenly failed then my whole lifes work and education would be for nothing..... I'm terribly afraid I may have to have an operation on my wrists to try to fix it... which would mean that I would probably have a cast on. If it was on my drawing hand then I wouldnt be able to work during that time... i mightnt be able to complete college or uni work, or if i had a job i might be fired or something.... it's so stressful, I try not to think about it, but it does scare and worry me greatly... I have to keep cracking my wrists otherwise the pain builds and it becomes unbearable. I know this is making the matter worse and i probably have no cartilage left ...
I have cream that helps but... its not longterm :/

Anyway my wrist feels a little better now so I'm getting back to doing my Gazette painting.. so far, all faces and hair have been completed. Got so much to do and I'm working so slowly... They look good tho
